Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are held at The Unit Gym & Fitness, Inchmarlo Road, Banchory. Personal Training includes:
  • 1 hour session of one on one training in a Scotland’s largest independent gym
  • Free consultation – includes fitness assessment and workout
  • Customised strength based program inclusive of HIIT, core and stretching programs depending on your goals
  • Unlimited coaching and support via text/email.
  • Nutrition and dietary guidance
  • Access to a Facebook client support group
